A few weeks ago I heard about a problem with Taco Bell shells that were in stores. They contained bioengineered corn that was supposedly not suitable for human consumption. It was not known at that time whether the shells in the restaurants contained this material as well. Today, I went to Taco Bell and there was a sign on the drive thru. It said that due to supplier problems, they were out of hard taco shells. Hmm.. suspicious. I found this article. Since I couldn’t get my double decker taco today, I got two bean burritos. Wow, that was a mistake. I feel hoorrrible. I’m sweating and light-headed and tired and sick. *shiver* Yuck.
