Somebody should really do a study or two on the exact cause and effect of knuckle cracking. There’s only educated guesses on why it happens and how it affects the body. I twist and pop my fingers, toes, hips, knees, back, neck, to name some. But is it bad? Until we know we’ll have to settle with this: one two three (got these from memepool).
