Lennox Lewis did a good job of whooping Tyson over the weekend (or put more colorfully). They talked of a rematch, but here‘s something that I didn’t know. Lewis would first have to fight Chris Byrd before a rematch would be possible. Chris Byrd is a Flint native. I saw him fight a while ago during his climb up the heavyweight ladder. He was looking like a hot prospect, but then for some reason I thought he started losing a lot. He’s only lost twice, so I’m not sure why I thought that. Apparently, he didn’t get defeated enough, though, because he’s now the number one contendor. I’m telling ya, you can’t beat Flint for anything. It must be the best town in the world.
