bah, i can’t for the life of me figure out where 0.06 on the palermo scale fits in the terino scale. can someone enlighten me?

Well, I think it’s actually been downgraded from 0.06 to a negative number now… but I’ll say it’s a 2 on the Torino scale (pulled out of my ass though).
I have a Torino scale at home. It says I’m about 13.
