Anyone ever try kava root? It was suggested to me as a semi-natural way to get to sleep eaiser.
On a side note, my brother broke my toe by accident a few weeks ago, and I keep on hitting the damn thing! I think I just re-broke it for the second time, and it’s hurting again :-/ Hmm, maybe I should start being a little more careful and treat it as if it was broken.
I was fine during work yesterday. I started crashing as soon as I left, though. I had the hardest time staying awake. I was falling asleep at a friend’s house. I was falling asleep on the ride home. I did manage to stay awake long enough to get home, work on my car and make dinner. I ate, sat on the couch and was out within minutes. I woke up at 12:30 and stayed up for a few hours before going to bed. I hate when that happens. I started every sentence.
