Tokyo Breakfast and the Man Show Boy

You have to watch this video, it speaks for itself. Also, I found MPEG versions of The Man Show Boy. Screw those stupid streaming sites.

Kava and toes

Anyone ever try kava root? It was suggested to me as a semi-natural way to get to sleep eaiser.

On a side note, my brother broke my toe by accident a few weeks ago, and I keep on hitting the damn thing! I think I just re-broke it for the second time, and it’s hurting again :-/ Hmm, maybe I should start being a little more careful and treat it as if it was broken.

Tired

I was fine during work yesterday. I started crashing as soon as I left, though. I had the hardest time staying awake. I was falling asleep at a friend’s house. I was falling asleep on the ride home. I did manage to stay awake long enough to get home, work on my car and make dinner. I ate, sat on the couch and was out within minutes. I woke up at 12:30 and stayed up for a few hours before going to bed. I hate when that happens. I started every sentence.

TV

The 70’s Show: Good. Yay!
World’s Funniest Movie Outtakes: BAD! Boo. Hiss.

American Idol Kelly’s single hit stores on Tuesday. Hmm.. I wonder.. should I..

Noo

There’s definitely something wrong with my computer. I keep getting blue screens and boot failures. As the computer is starting up or while it’s running or any second now, I hear the hard drive stop spinning. Then the blue screen comes (obviously). I got really scared tonight because it wouldn’t boot up at all. It failed three times in a row. Finally it came up, and I was able to save off an image of it. *phew* So, my data is safe at least. Now I need to figure out whether it’s the motherboard, drive, cable or something else. I’m hoping it’s just a drive going bad and not a problematic board.

forgo.net

I’ve been notified that the company hosting forgo.net has changed the hosting plans that they offer. There will no longer be a plan that accomodates this site. This means that, unless I can come to some sort of agreement with them, I will have to make arrangements to move the site elsewhere. This means I will most likely not be posting any new media files for a while and may temporarily take down what is currently up. This also means the site may go down intermittently. Just have some patience, and it will all come out fine in the end. To give you an idea of how well the new plan doesn’t fit, here are some numbers. The plan allows for 100 MB of storage with 1 GB of transfers monthly. forgo.net currently uses 3.2 GB of storage and averages about 2 GB of transfers every DAY. I’ll keep you posted.

Things that start with the letter C

I talked to a construction worker from Comcast this morning. He was laying fiber around my area, and said that they are going to “blow up my area” an about a month. Ahhhhhhh!

It may be from my new sleeping schedule that caused it, maybe not, but I think I have cold or something. I’m coughing a lot, and I have a weird taste in my mouth. Great…

Oh, and finally… I found this Cello in my front room, just laying there against the wall. I don’t know where it came from, but I’m trying to play it right now. It’s not a pretty sight (or should I say sound). There aren’t any frets on this thing like a guitar, but at least the string setup isn’t really different.

Yep, that’s all that I can think of going on right now that starts with the letter C.

Insects, maggots, mold, eggs, rodent hairs, parasitic cysts, ad infinitum…

Peanut butter has an average of 1 or more rodent hairs per 100 grams (*licks chops*), 30 or more insect fragments per 100 grams, and a gritty taste and water insoluble inorganic residue of more than 25 mg per 100 gram. 6% or more of your potato chips contain rot, well okay maybe that’s not new to us, but I bet the next one is! 10% by count of asparagus is infested with 6 or more attached asparagus beetle eggs and/or sacs (mmm!).

Sounds good, huh? Thought so! Catch up on all the latest here. I’m going to go eat some insect fragments, maggots and mold now, see ya!

*Sssssssss*…….

Warning, rant ahead: I swear, people are idiots. First of all they build their house like 15 feet away from the property line when they have 12 acres to build on and then bitch about not having parking space, so then they start excavating the hill right on against the informal property line (literally scraped against the markers) bordering our property, and then hit the god damn natural gas line to boot! So all I hear is a loud hissing of natural gas escaping into the air right now, not to mention they may have messed up the trees on our property. Please oh please let his house burn down! I just so hate neighbors…

BattleBots

Noo! Season 6 of BattleBots will not be picked up by Comedy Central. But? Why? I really hope another network grabs it. *sulks*
