Online Game Rental Sites

This will be my attempt to review, rate and rank the slew of websites that offer online video game rental. I have begun with two sites and plan to expand to others soon. I will post updates as things happen. The format of this page will change as I finalize it.

Sites currently reviewed:
GoVoJo - GameFly

GoVoJo.com - FREE Video Game Rentals

The first site is GoVoJo. I signed up at GoVoJo on 9/24/2003 and am still awaiting the arrival of my first set of games. I'll update this as things happen.
Updates
9/24/2003 I sent a support request to test the response time. The request was sent at 9:30 pm on 9/23/2003. I received a response at 2:49 pm on 9/24/2003. That's a fairly quick response time and was well within the 24 hour period in which they say they will respond.

Following are some of my initial impressions:
Positives
Offer a 10 day free trial.
Signing up was simple.
Free trial begins when first game is shipped.
Lists games with release dates far in the future, allowing you to get them in your queue.
Negatives
They don't accept Discover Card.
The queueing system is frustrating in that when you add an item to your queue, it takes you away from the page of games you were browsing.
The site does not keep you logged in when you leave the page.
Can't search for an item within just one console.

The second site is GameFly. I signed up at GameFly on 9/24/2003 also and am still awaiting the arrival of my first set of games. I'll update this as things happen.
Updates
9/24/2003 I sent a support request to test the response time. The request was sent at 9:30 pm on 9/23/2002. I received a response at 9:07 pm on 9/24/2003. That's a decent response time but barely within the 24 hour period in which they say they will respond.
9/24/2003 Two games that I queued have been shipped, both of which are popular games right now: Mario Golf and Sonic Adventure DX. The games shipped about 18 hours after I joined and queued them. Very nice.

Following are some of my initial impressions:
Positives
Offer a 10 day free trial.
Signing up was simple.
Very nice search and navigation system. Easy to find what you're looking for.
A lot of extra information about the game you're looking at, such as reviews, instructions, cheat codes, etc.
Queueing a game doesn't take you away from the page you're browsing.
Parental controls.
Negatives
They don't accept Discover Card.
Free trial begins when you create your account, regardless of how long it takes to ship your first game.
